Lack of professional product advice:  As a relatively small client, we often felt overlooked by our previous supplier, who didn’t prioritise our needs and made it difficult to address product concerns. We strongly believe that regardless of size, every client should receive dedicated attention and service.

Comprehensive professional support: During the expansion of our hospice, including the construction of a new purpose-built 10-bed in-patient unit, Spectrum was there every step of the way. They offered expert advice on the best ways to fit out rooms, recommended products suited to different areas, and guided us in multi-surface cleaning. Additionally, they helped set up COSHH information and signage for each area, ensuring that every detail was managed with professionalism and care.

Impersonal service from previous supplier: We were using a large regional cleaning supply company, but it often felt like we had to fit in with them. Most importantly, they lacked a friendly, personal touch, which made it difficult to feel valued as a customer.

Personalised, customer-focused service: Spectrum’s delivery drivers go the extra mile by taking deliveries directly to the cleaning store, even when staff are busy, unlike the previous supplier who would simply leave deliveries at reception. They have built an excellent rapport with all staff at the hospice, not just my team. In addition, communication with Spectrum is exceptional; even simple enquiries are met with a friendly, helpful response, making us feel truly valued as a customer, rather than just another call.

High costs from the previous supplier: The pricing was too high, impacting our budget without justifying the value.
